WE’RE LOOKING

We do not arrive after meaning is made.

Avisée is an independent editorial platform operating at the intersection of deep structural media, luxury fashion house restraint, and the radical honesty of a woman who has nothing left to prove. We are done chasing relevance. We do not pander to market demographics, we do not hedge to be liked, and we do not drown our audience in loud, reactionary noise.

We speak exclusively to a disposition: the woman who reads tone before headlines, feels cultural shifts before they are named, and understands that attention itself is a form of intelligence.

Our voice is unhurried, measured, and confident without performance. We treat visual language, design, and beauty not as decoration, but as a rigorous system of perception — a way of seeing the world clearly. This is the unsanctioned truth layer. The space for interrogating the anomalies and contradictions that polished cultural spaces keep guarded. We do not announce ourselves, perform intelligence, explain our references, or soften our observations. We trust our reader completely.

Less is not a design choice at Avisée; it is a value system. Because the most powerful things are rarely the loudest.

Now Building

We are a small, deliberate team — and we intend to stay that way. Every person who joins this publication shapes what it becomes. If the woman described above is the one you have been writing for, designing for, or building toward your entire career, we would like to hear from you.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

  1. Digital & Social Media Manager
San Clemente, CA · Hybrid / Remote · 30–40 hours per week

Who We Are

Avisée is an independent editorial platform built on a single premise: the most interesting woman in the room has always been the one paying attention. We operate at the intersection of deep media, the aesthetic precision of a fashion house, and the radical honesty of a woman who has nothing left to prove. Our voice is measured, unhurried, and confident without performance. We track what is shifting underneath the surface across culture, power, beauty, and truth — and we deliver it with the clarity this moment demands.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager who understands that distribution is not an afterthought — it is the final editorial act. You will own the operational lifecycle of our digital ecosystem across Instagram, Substack, LinkedIn, and Medium, serving as the main point of contact for creating, executing, and managing sophisticated distribution workflows and multi-channel campaigns.

This role is not for someone who needs to be told what good looks like. It is for someone who already knows — and has the operational rigor to protect it. You are directly responsible for media planning, asset collection, format trafficking, post-sale content optimizations, and audience engagement analytics. Your analytical mindset and deep fluency with our brand voice will shape future engagement strategy through data-driven insight and decisive recommendations.

What You Will Own

  • Platform Operations: Orchestrate the end-to-end publishing lifecycle across Instagram, Substack, LinkedIn, and Medium.
  • Asset & Traffic Coordination: Manage the formatting, trafficking, and flawless delivery of all digital media assets and technical specifications.
  • Brand Protection: Enforce absolute aesthetic precision and structural tone across grids, layouts, and copy modifications.
  • Performance Analysis: Closely monitor campaign performance, growth data, and newsletter to recommend proactive optimization strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Management: Coordinate distribution plans smoothly from initial content scheduling through to final analytical delivery.

What You Bring

  • Professional Experience: 2–3+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising, social media strategy, or accounts in digital publishing.
  • Aesthetic Judgment: High-level visual literacy that meets the exacting standards of luxury design and minimalist composition.
You do not need a brief to recognize when something is off.
  • Communication & Editorial Style: Exceptional written fluency with an innate ability to handle concise copy that mirrors our specific tone of quiet authority.
  • Workflow Independence: Demonstrated ability to execute deliverables proactively, troubleshoot technical ad specifications, and maintain momentum in a fluid environment.
  • System Familiarity: Strong practical expertise with subscriber-based newsletter platforms alongside traditional digital native channels.

Compensation

Compensation is based on years of relevant professional experience, skills, seniority, training, and education.
